The tournament will run from 10am to 5pm Saturday at Annunciation Square (800 Race St.) Teams will be formed the morning of, please arrive to register between 9:30 and 10:15. This will allow us time to draw teams and give you time to warm-up prior to the games. Each player will write his/her name on a piece of paper and rank themselves based on experience/skill as a 1, 2, or 3. From these three pools we will randomly draw 4 teams. Tie-breakers will be determined based on head-to-head record followed by score differential.
We will play round-robin style, with game 1 beginning at 11am, game 2 at 12:30pm, game 3 at 2pm, and the finals game will begin at 3:30pm. Games will be played to 13 or 75 minutes. Each team gets 1 time-out per half, no floater. Soft-cap* starts at 65 minutes, Hard-cap starts at 70 minutes. Beer and food will be provided around 3:30, we will do our best to hold enough food for the two teams playing in the finals. Please show up on time, if the teams are larger than 15 people per and you will not be placed on a team.
**Everyone should bring both LIGHT and DARK shirts...do not bring gray or pastel colors**
Finally, regarding Summer League discs, they are happening, and they are going to be very late. When they arrive we will announce/email everyone. They will be made available for pick-up at Fall League, Sunday pick-up, Monday goalty, etc. If you are an out-of-towner we will make other arrangements. Thanks, -kw
